Cherry Creek Arts Festival - volunteer application

Instructions for completing your application:

Please submit all requested information.
Use one form per person. If you want to be scheduled with a friend, please indicate on the form.
Committee Choice: Review the list of committees and fill in your choice(s) on the registration form. Please Note: Some committees require a full day commitment.
Committee assignments are made on a first come, first served basis, so please send in your application early. You will receive your assignment from the Arts Festival office by email. Volunteers who want to work together should indicate on your form but each volunteer must complete their own application.
Volunteers 14 years of age or younger MUST be accompanied during their assignment by an adult authorized to supervise them – no exceptions.
You must check the box that you have read the 2011 Volunteer Program Information and Waiver.

The 22nd Annual Cherry Creek Arts Festival is July 6, 7, 8. The 2012 Festival needs more than 1,000 volunteers to produce the three day event. Please donate your time. You'll have a great time!

Sign up your friends to have fun! When you do, you help fill out the Cherry Creek Arts Festival volunteer roster. Recruit a group from your office as a unique team building exercise. You can print and distribute this form or direct them to www.cherryarts.org to fill out the online registration.

You will receive confirmation of your assigned committee(s) and shift(s). Volunteers who sign up for Production Work Sessions, Thursday Parties or who lend a hand during set-up and take-down are eligible for special perks!

It's a Party! Join us in June for our "Thursday Parties." Thursdays including June 7th, 14th and 28th, the Arts Festival holds a work party (at the CCAF office) to handle large mailings, goody bag stuffing and similar tasks. We'll provide a light meal, soft drinks and music. Bring friends and a great attitude!

Waiver of Liability: By submitting the Volunteer Registration Form, volunteer agrees to bear full responsibility and full liability for any and all damage or injury which might result from volunteering at the Cherry Creek Arts Festival. Volunteer also releases and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the staff and directors of Cherry Creek Arts Festival, event sponsors and their insurance carriers from any and all claims, actions or damages without any limitation whatsoever, whether consisting of personal injury, property damage or death that results in any way from any act of the volunteer while attending or volunteering at the Cherry Creek Arts Festival.

Privacy Policy: The Cherry Creek Arts Festival will not sell, share, or rent information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. We do, at times, share our data for other volunteer opportunities and with SCFD Colorado arts organizations for one-time use.
